We are so thrilled with the results of our deck.  Our experience from beginning to end was wonderful.  The staff were so professional and helpful - their goal of complete customer satisfaction was always a priority.  The builders were excellent - they, too were professional, always prompt and on time and their attention to detail (even the daily clean-up) was exceptional. This company just completed work on our front entrance, porch and back deck.  Happy is an understatement of how I feel.  Their workmanship and skill was outstanding.  Huge shout out to Matt who showed up and worked right through the last huge dump of snow in order to ensure the job was completed in a timely fashion. We had Beyond Curb Appeal replace our back landing/stairs.  They were previously made of brick, which had crumbled. Apparently the bricks hadn’t been cured properly, and we weren’t keen on repeating the experience. We did our research, soliciting quotes from several different potential suppliers for different designs/approaches and materials. We selected Beyond Curb Appeal because we preferred their design and really liked their suggested improvements to our previous design. Our landing area is now much larger (and safer when the door opens), and the footprint is no larger than the previous installation. Beyond Curb Appeal had to deal with an uneven patio, which had settled over the last 20 years, netting a difference of over 2 inches from one edge of the steps to the other.  They adjusted the bottom riser so perfectly you can only tell if you lay down and put your head on the ground!
We found the entire staff and work crew to be professional, personable and polite. They cleaned up the job site very well each night before they left. The job was completed on budget, took the quoted amount of time to complete, and was actually started (and finished) 1 month early, as another job was rescheduled at that customer’s request! Beyond Curb Appeal prioritized our job when the opportunity arose as we are seniors and this was the access to our back door.

I had an existing small concrete patio off the sliding door to our back yard, but it did not provide adequate access to our newly installed hot tub. The stamped concrete finish was also very slippery in the winter creating a real safety concern. I did not want the bother and expense of demolishing the old patio and starting over, so presented my unique problem to Sam at Beyond Curb Appeal. We spent quite a bit of time together, even though my project was quite small, until we arrived at a solution within my budget. We slotted my project into their schedule and construction got underway within a couple of weeks. Because we were essentially building the new deck around and on top of the old patio, the builders had to be creative in both building the framing and ensuring it was all properly anchored to the ground and the old concrete. We transformed my dysfunctional concrete patio into a larger PVC clad deck with a wrap around step that leads right into the new hot tub. Also, I’ve been through most of a winter and the new decking is much less slippery than the old one. I couldn’t be happier with my new little deck and how it enhances the looks and functionality of my whole back yard.

We were looking at upgrading our patio in 2023. We were already aware of Beyond Curb Appeal when it was The Patio store. We met with Samantha Clarke, gave her pictures and dimensions of our patio and from that she designed the patio to be able to reduce the amount of materials needed. The installers were on time and efficient about the work. They made sure that everything was as we had wanted. They helped us understand the reason for doing certain things such as applying tape over the wooden beams to protect them from water damage. Overall the work was completed quickly and to our complete satisfaction and Simon and his staff were there if we had any questions or any concerns.  After service was excellent as well.

We had a crumbling cement front step waiting for a lawsuit! Simon's was the ONLY company to respond to our queries. He and his crew, Matt and team, did a great job, even cleaning up at the end of each day. The final result looks amazing, well worth it!

The people at Beyond Curb Appeal are amazing! So helpful, so knowledgeable, so insightful with suggestions/products and ever so patient with us when we kept changing the plans. They were efficient getting the work done and worked hard to meet the deadline of a planned backyard party, despite weather delays.  Sam, Simon and all the fellows who worked on our decks were an absolute pleasure to work with. We are so happy with how the it all turned out, from the new look to the new railings and especially the expanded back deck lounging area! We should have done this 10 years ago!
